Jeanene Gray
I believe meaningful change begins with intentional curiosity—being open to exploring both who we are and how we relate to others. I approach therapy through a family systems lens, recognizing that our behaviors and experiences are deeply shaped by the context of our relationships and life experiences.
I desire to help individuals, couples and families navigate the complexities of communication, life transitions, parenting and new life, spiritual questions, and high pressure career or athletic demands. I also support folks through the unique seasons of pre- and postpartum life, and when past experiences, including trauma and anxiety, begin to impact connection and trust.
I realize that reaching out for support takes courage. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, warm, and grounded in trust—where you feel heard, seen, and respected. Everyone brings a unique story into the therapy room. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you work toward deeper connection, healing, and lasting change—building on the strengths you already have individually and relationally.
